I added keys to the mitres to prevent them from opening up.
Then cleaned the rabbets for edge trim.
All decrorative edgeing done. Keys are made of paduk and jatoba.

Quick question, did you install the miter keys using hand tools? If so, how?
Nope, I used a spline jig on the table saw. You could do it with hand tools. Saw out the section to the lines and chisel out the waste. I did it with a hand saw kerf (here:https://sheworkswood.com/2012/09/22/making-a-picture-frame-with-hand-planes/) but wanted something more substantial this time.
