3 Tips for Better Finger Joints

I’m thinking about box joints for my TV Lift cabinet drawers. Maple all around joined by finger joints with cherry front applied.

Everything’s better with a face frame even the view from above

I’ve gotten as far as the front face frame. I still need to do a frame on the other three sides and then on to drawers and doors. Click on picture to enlarge.

Yes, plywood .. I’m using plywood for this project.

Plywood, especially full sheets of 3/4″ are a pain to work with. I already miss my hand planes. Turns out, I’ve never made a plywood furniture project.
